Pacific NW Properties Continues to Add to Solar Portfolio

Tigard, OR – December 5, 2016 --  NW Photon Energy (NWPE), a leading provider, designer and installer of turnkey commercial solar systems in the Pacific Northwest, today announced the completion of two additional solar projects in Pacific NW  Properties’ (PNWP) on-going energy management plan.  Pacific NW Properties is a leading property management and real estate development firm in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area.  The addition of these systems brings PNWP’s solar installations to five including Tigard Triangle Commons Office Park; 217 Corporate Office; 72nd Corporate Center and most recently, Triangle Corporate Park I & II.  

Triangle Corporate Park I & II is a Class A office project comprising two buildings approximately 92,000 square feet. This professional office complex is located in the Tigard Triangle with corporate neighbors US Bank, InFocus, Health Net and iHeartRadio.  The 126kW and 66kW systems feature AUO Green Energy of America Optronics high-efficiency solar panels.  NWPE’s reinforced solar array design met Energy Trust of Oregon’s stringent roof life policy (10 years)and eliminated the need and cost of re-roofing the entire roof saving PNWP thousands of dollars.
